Motor turns with good compression.
All controls work freely (including compression release)

(Looks like the plug wire melted on the pipe. Old owner had a zip tie holding it away from the pipe, and you can see where it is burnt. The kill button wire is out in the open like they were trying to get spark. Probably just needs a new coil to be a runner. Anyway that's what it looks like to me. A very good start on a great bike to restore or race.
